How Much Will We Pay

We look to make our Profit from when we sell your house on to another prospective home owner or investor and therefore will offer you a discount on the market value of your flat or house. Generally we offer between 10% and 70% of the value as determined by an valuer who we will appoint. This value and the discount is agreed with you prior to the instruction of solicitors. If you do not like are value or the discount we apply to the property there is no obligation to proceed with us and we simply agree to disagree and go our separate ways.
